What to do Just a day before JEE Mains Exam


Cracking out JEE Main Exam is a dream of every student who wants to become an engineer. To achieve desired results JEE aspirants put a lot of hard work, dedication and patience.

During the whole preparation, candidates remain busy in brushing up their skills, boosting up their accuracy and speed etc. The last day before the exam is full of excitement and nervousness. It is very difficult phase for students to keep calm and go well with the exam fear.

Here we have come up with some suggestions for the day just before the JEE Main 2019.


# Overview

 
  • Never start any new topic one day before the exam.
  • Revise only the topics which requires a bit polishing and refinement.
  • Revise only the formulas and concepts.
  • Only have a look on short notes and important topics just a day before not to try to revise the whole syllabus.


# Keep JEE Mains Exam Kit Ready

 
It is advisable to keep your exam kit ready just a day before the JEE Exam. Make sure you don’t forget to get the very important JEE Main Admit Card, and other necessary items with you.
 

# Visit the Exam Centre

 
JEE Mains Exam Centres are allotted to the candidates as per their preferences of location. It’s better that aspirants visit the exam centre the day before the exam as it helps you to avoid getting lost or late by missing the directions.


# Keep Calm and Take Rest

 
Stay relaxed, yet focused. Temperament plays a vital role for success in JEE Mains. Nervousness can decrease performance so keep calm and be confident.


# Eat Healthy and Stay Healthy  


Eat some healthy food with proteins that can lead you to have greater mental attentiveness. Don’t eat spicy and oily food as they cause giddiness.


# Take a Proper Sleep  


Candidates have to take a proper sleep its very important for you to be fresh minded during the exam. 

Sleep at least 7-8 hours and skip the late hour study just a day before the exam.
